So, it's been awhile since I've posted anything on here (if two years is considering only 'awhile'). Guess I just lost interest in it.
The only reason I still have this up is because I enjoy the communities and wish to continue posting in them without being anonymous. Guess I'll try to update this more often now.

My cousin leaves in less than a week. It'll be weird not having her around, but at the same time it will be nice to only have to pick up after myself again. I'll be driving her up next weekend,
so 'm really looking forward to the time I'll get to spend with my brother.

Okay, so the new job over at Marina Hills is going well. I'm still not used to their uniform (a blue polo shirt with khaki's) since I've always preferred the flexibility of scrubs but I'm slowly getting the hang of them. They do things a lot differently, especially the role of a technician. It's a little unnerving but I'm getting the hang of it, though I'm still not used to working five days a week when I usually work four. My co-worker's are a lot of fun, and easy to get along with for the most part. They have mentioned that there can be drama, and a lot of it but I haven't seen it yet... 'm hopeful.
For some reason, I've been drawn into the wonderful world of Jack/Will slash. I've never been much of a fan of slash involving character's that are played by actually people (aside from Harry Potter and the Stargate series) but some Sparrow/Turner smut is a major kick for me. Rawr, what's wrong with me?

Just got back from midnight showing of Superman Returns and OAIDLKASJDKLASJDLAS. HOLY MOTHER. Go, go, see it now! If you're a DIE hard fan of Superman, you'll love it. If you're not, you'll still love it!
And as an added bonus, they showed the preview for the next Spider-man movie. Guess who makes a star appearance? VENOM. Dude, I seriously geeked out and joygasmed in my pants the second I saw a black Spider-man and Eddie Brock.
Less than a year away, less than a year.

Uh, so a shit load of stuff has happened since I last posted. 'm going to try and condense it into as little of a post as I can get. (I'm 20, yay.)
First off, I quit my job at Saddleback. I just kept butting heads with Angie more than I could handle, so the second my new job offered me a position (Animal Hospital of Irvine) I lept at it. It's a smaller hospital and there's not as much staff but it's perfect. I'll be the only technician there on the days I work, so I'll kind of be running the show and they offered me $14 an hour. Shit, the raise was incentive enough to get me out of that rathole called VCA.
My cousin Nat is living down here with us now because she wanted to get away from her crack whore of a mother. I'm not lying when I call her mother that - she is literally a crack whore. I'm not used to sharing my space, and I value my privacy more than most but it's not as bad as I thought it was going to be.
We found a home for Maddie (sweet hallelujah). I honestly don't think dad could have taken much more of her before either going insane or just killing her with innocently placed rat poison. The people who took her haven't called back yet, so it looks like they're having more luck with her than we ever did. 'm picking my female corgi up on Wednesday.
I got my 10th Kingdom DVD and paperback! I've been waiting for 2+ weeks for that stuff. Just in time too - I start my game graphics class on Thursday and I'll need all the reading material I can get for the long hours ahead.

It is now official, mofo's. Square Enix is doing a remake of FFVII for the PS3 and it's coming out 2007! That little tech demo they showed at E3 2005 was in fact a true blue CG. All is well with the world.

So, I'm going to be the big 2-0 in exactly a week - finally out of the teens and one year closer to being able to legally drink myself under the table.
Am I excited? Not really. It's only twenty, whereas twenty-one is cause for celebration. Am I happier now that I'm twenty? I am simply because I am getting older. No, I find nothing wrong with getting older - it's as natural as taking a shit. Twenty just sounds so much better than, "I'm nineteen. No rly, I am."
I apologize, I had to get the "No rly" in at least once in my life.

Wow, cranium and booze are the perfect mix for a Saturday night. Christy had to babysit her aunt's house, so she invited myself and the regular crew over to keep her company. I don't think any of us ever had the intention of getting smashed, so we only bought one party case of Mike Hard Lemonade. Unfortunately, when Eric finally arrived he came with bourbon and coke (yummy mix).
So, we busted out an insane version of cranium next to our empty bottles of Mike's and chaos ensued. Cranium on its own in a fun game, but while inebriated it's just magical. I should have gone home, but ended up crashing on the couch at five in the morning - probably a good thing that I did since the drive home would have been likely fatal D:
Oh yeah, and the Silent Hill movie? Not that bad, I have to say. It wasn't scary in the slightest but they were true to the game for the most part. I mean, when she was running through the town I couldn't help but squeal and point out areas taken right from the game. It almost looks as if the movie is set between the first and second game. I bet you anything the female lead is the wife of main character in SH2 (can't remember his name.) They even had the nurse (not the zombie nurses) from the first game toward the end of the movie. If you've played the first game, you'll know what I'm talking about. It was kind of embarrassing, I was the only one in the group who knew who she was, so when I jumped up in the theater and pointed frantically at her, no one had a clue. Overall, I'd say it's one of the better video games movies to come out. 'cept Halo will just kick total ass when it finally arrives next year.

_3 DAYS TILL KH2_
So, 'm still in the process of moving out. All my clothes are packed into one corner by my nightstand and all the boxes with my books are lined up against the wall. It doesn't look very nice. Still haven't picked up Pip either which is bad, 'cause I miss him and it gets lonely in my room.
'm going to go apply over at North Country Veterinary Clinic sometime this week, if everything goes well. The money, and management offer it to much to resist. Actually, it's more like an added benefit since Will is also leaving VCA for them. It'd be sad to not see him every week.
EDIT: Wow, it's really slow right now. I usually never get to go on at work, let alone post. Is it bad to wish an emergency would come in so we'll have something to do for the next two hours?

The time has come.
In thirty minutes, I will no longer be a resident of Mission Viejo, California. I will be a proud apartment renter of Rancho Santa Margarita (so exciting.) So what if I'm the only white person in my complex, and I have to lie to my parents about the people living there since one of them is a boy. This is going to be a GRAND adventure - one I hope to continue for a very long time.
Ee, and now that I've finally moved out I can see Michelle's apartment and she can see mine. Oh, the excitement!

In keeping with tradition, that tradition being I find something to postpone completing my English essay on Faulkner's theory of human survival, I've created some more icons for fun.

Because L is just so damn cute, it's hard not to make icons out of him. I would make some of Raito (Light, if you're the fickle type), but he's a bastard; bastard's don't make good icon material.
Job's party is tomorrow, and I still haven't figured out what to bring. Alcohol was the first thing that popped into my mind, but silly me, I've got another year or so to wait till I can legally buy it. I guess I'll settle for regular drinks that could be mixed, or food. You can never go wrong with food.
FYI, packing isn't fun. Most of my boxes are filled with books, and I don't have a clue where I'm going to put them all. It's not like the apartment room if very big, mind you. There's always the bathroom, but 'm sure Nick wouldn't be very pleased with that D:

I got bored, so I made two new icons. One for my rekindled obsession with Seishirou and Subaru; the other is for Kingdom Hearts 2, and the fact that beastiality is okay only if Sora is involved. Namely Lion King!Sora.

The red lettering in the SeixSub icon came out a little blurry, which disappointed me but I can always fix it later on. If you can't read it, it says, "You bring me closer to GOD." And if you don't know what THAT is from, you should be shot multiple times in the spleen.

I did it, I did it. I beat that stupid lighthouse game over at Tilt in Laguna Hills Mall, and I got a DS for UBER cheap.
Who CARES if I didn't get Halo 2 from it for $1.50. I got a DS for like 5% of the original price. Here I come Nintendogs.

Um... yeah, anyways!
Work is going wonderful - amazingly wonderful even. Some guy brought in five day old MinPin (Miniature Pinscher) puppies for tail cropping today. They were so fricken small, they fit into the palm of my hand. I melted from the inside out, I loved them so much. It sucked though because we couldn't put them under anestassia so they just got their tails whacked off when they were wide awake. Annie said it feels like getting your pinky cut off (was very sad for the puppies.)
I got around to asking Angie for a schedule change, so now I work from 7-4 on Saturdays instead of 7-6. Yay for no closing on Saturdays~
